Series 1500 Inflatable Dock Enclosure

The Series 1500 is an inflatable dock enclosure for truck use where reduce pressure against the building wall is a priority,or where a combination of vehicles with and without tail steps may be serviced.

The unit sizing is similar to that of a compression-type dock seal.

The unit is comprised of a pressure treated wood frame and sewn fabric cover with internal baffling to retain unit shape and distribute air within the unit .

The unit is inflated against the vehicle by means of a low-pressure,continuous-duty electric blower/motor assembly.

A system of exterior shock cords ensures proper retraction upon deflation

Series 4000 Flexible Rail Shelter

The Series 4000 is a spring-loaded mechanical dock shelter for rail car applications.

The unit is available in a three or four-sided configuration,and is designed to encapsulate the space between the building opening and a rail car to ensure weatherproof protection to the dock area.

Once the rail car is in position,spring tension extends the fabric enclosure to maintain pressure against the side of the rail car .

Series 4500 Inflatable Rail Shelter

The Series 4500 is an inflatable dock shelter for rail car applications.

The unit is available in three or four-sided configurations encapsulating space between building opening s and a rail car to ensure weatherproof protection to the dock area.

Featuring a custom-designed fabric envelope with internal baffles sewn on approximate 12" centers and has a continuous sewn line the perimeter of the baffle for greater longevity ensuring the unit will hold its shape when inflated.

The shelter utilizes a heavy gauge galvanized formed steel track and trolley system to support the bag when inflated and deflated.

The unit is inflated against the vehicle with a low-pressure,continuous-duty electric blower/motor assembly

The Series 5000 is a collapsible rolling shelter that is custom designed to suit the desired application.

Units may be designed for grade level doors as well as dock positions where a sizable platform exists between the door opening and the dock face.

The unit is based on a collapsible steel frame equipped with heavy duty casters.

Each unit includes a customized fabric cover that moves with the frame to provide weather protection.
