液壓式擺動調整板 Crawford hydraulic swing lip dock levelers Hydraulic swing-lip dock levelers are designed to enable a safe and efficient loading and unloading while reducing downtime to a minimum. The result is exceptionally high safety for the transfer of goods, preventing any injuries or damage to the equipment. Maintenance is easy and fast to secure functionality. A bent swing-lip prevents material handling equipment from “grounding out”. Hydraulic swing-lip dock levelers feature very robust swing-lip support with burned plates. All impact forces are absorbed optimally, avoiding damages and providing long lifetime. Another outstanding feature is the lip design with open hinges. This low-maintenance solution guarantees trouble-free operation. The innovative and unique ASSA ABLOY 950 series docking control system offers perfect control of the dock leveler, dock shelter and door, all in one control unit. A few self-explaining buttons make the system easy to operate. Separate steering units or complex wiring are no longer needed.

Crawford DL6030C combidock has a telescopic lip in high-stability aluminium alloy. Since the lip is extremely flat, it allows for smoother passages between leveller and truck bed. This means both ergonomic and economical advantages due to reduced chock loads for people and less wear-and-tear on the handling equipment.
